Briefs: RHR International extends Worknet

NAPERVILLE -- Technology consulting firm Worknet Inc. said Wednesday it received a three-year contract renewal from RHR International Co., a organizational development firm. The contract renewal will extend a ten-year relationship between Wood Dale-based RHR and Naperville-based Worknet through 2010. It also is expanding the managed services it provides to RHR from its data center.

Hub to acquire DNJ Transport

DOWNERS GROVE -- Hub Group Inc. said Wednesday its wholly owned subsidiary Comtrak Logistics Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of DNJ Transportation Inc. in a deal valued at $12 million. DNJ is a privately held intermodal trucking company focused on international drayage. Cicero-based DNJ has 116 drivers. DNJ's 2006 sales topped $14 million.
