Robert A. Dodge of Fox River Grove joined Baxter & Woodman Inc., Crystal Lake, as structural/bridge department manager. He oversees all engineering aspects of bridge-related projects. Dodge, a registered structural and professional engineer with 25 years of experience, is responsible for client and project coordination, project budgets, quality control and scheduling.

Sue Hedke of Coldwell Banker Primus Realty, Geneva, completed the Realtor e-Pro certification course offered through the National Association of Realtors.

Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa, Galena, hired Stefanie Bauer as director of sales and marketing, responsible for all of the sales and marketing efforts including advertising, public relations and direct sales. Bauer, who has 27 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently served as general manager of Sovereign Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla.

Hendrick Midwest LLC's Hagen Metal Products, an Elgin-based precision sheet metal fabricator and metal perforator, hired Greg Martin as business and product development manager. Martin holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maine and a master's degree in business administration from Roosevelt University. Additionally, Jim McKinney was named Midwest territory sales representative. McKinney holds a bachelor's degree in business, advertising and marketing from Drexel University.
