Catchpenny Resale Shoppe has been located at 118 E. Main St., in downtown Barrington for over 40 years. Catchpenny is run by approximately 25 volunteers and one manager. The shop is part of the Volunteer Auxiliary of Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital and helps support many of the programs at the hospital such as scholarships, patient comfort items and the recent modernization.

Catchpenny looks to the community for donations of gently used clothing (adult and children), shoes, jewelry, books, housewares and toys. Customers come from the surrounding communities to find treasures of all kinds. Monthly sales are held for even better bargains!

Our shop hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. There is street parking and also parking available behind the shop.
